Was replacing the fan clutch on a sb in a 71 duster. The problrm is that the repacement clutche brings the fan an 8th to a 1/4 in from the radiator. Original clutch on the the engine is almost 3/4 of an in. Shorter. Tried several different clutches, all were the same. Thought about moving the engine back 1/2 to 3/4 in. I thought maybe someone else might have run into this. I also tried to locate a rebuilding service with no success.
