Fender Application Question

Can anyone tell me if a fender for a '73-'74 Duster would be a direct bolt-on replacement for a '75 Duster?
AMD is re-popping the fenders for '73-'74 Duster but I am not going to lay out that kind of $ for something that would require modifications to suit my needs. I would just as soon buy a decent used one if I am going to have to re-work it.

It will bolt right on, I have a 75 fender on my 73.

ok, so I sent an email to AMD asking this same question and their response was that there are significant differences and would not just bolt right in.
I would appreciate some more feedback on this issue.
If a '75 fender bolts up to a '73, why would it not work the other way around?
