Fender Tag Decode help please!

Can anyone help with the decode of this 69-71 Dodge Dart, I’m not sure of the year exactly, it was given to me, just gotta go move it, but the building it’s in is very tight and not a lot of access to the car where it currently sits, it’s green in color and has a slant 6 and what appears to be a 8 3/4 rear end. The decodes I’m getting don’t mention the actual body color just the vinyl roof color as green.
