Fender Tag

I know this forum is for A-bodies, but I have a fender tag question that the audience might be able to answer. I recently purchased a '73 Charger SE and it has two fender tags. The first is only stamped "O" and "N". The other has the usual codes, but also has "JOB 16 DUPL" across it. Oh, and the VIN is very early ending in "100032". Thoughts?

Sounds like a pilot car or an auto show car with that VIN. That would be the 32nd one built for that assembly line.
