Firm Feel Torsion Bars

Is anyone using these? Any problems? I read the thread about Ace's power steering box and was concerned about Firm Feel's customer service but figure the torsion bars are simple enough that there shouldn't be any problems.

I know at least one guy has them but I forget who. He likes them just fine, no problems.
