Floor Transplant??

Hi everyone, I've got a 66 Valiant Custom 200 convertible(Canadian model, so i guess that would be the same as a Dart 270) and I was wondering if there would be any problems with replacing the floor, and possibly a frame rail, with that of 65 Valiant Signet(I would assume also Canadian) donor car?

The US Valiant and Darts have different wheelbases. I believe the extra length in the Dart is behind the front seats. other than that they are the same.
