The annual Friendship Festival is a celebration of the national holidays of both Canada and the United States. The Canadian part of the Festival takes place along the Niagara Parkway under the Peace Bridge. The American Part of the Festival takes place at Riverside Park in Buffalo. Fort Erie is at the end of the QEW and is just across the river from Buffalo, NY. This year, the Friendship Festival will have Hedley and Five Man Electrical Band performing free concerts.

If you’re up for a great party, bring your car as any antique car or show car that arrives at the Festival is welcome to enter Festival grounds and park in a designated area "Car Show" site (i.e., free inside preferred parking). Plus, you will receive refreshment tickets (beer, wine, coolers, pop, or water) for all adults in the car.

For those of you coming from out-of-town, there are plenty of accommodations as well as good food in Fort Erie. For more information, please visit the Friendship Festival's web site.
