Full tub or Mini tub to achieve ride height goal

I Will be cutting the rear up and doing the same to the wheel wells. The question is: I will be running 18x10.5 or wider wheels on a 28 in tall tire. IF I mini tub, how low can I go in the rear? I would like to get the look of the demon below or a tad lower, but I don't know personally if a regular mini tub will all this. What do you guys think?

Thanks to the both of you. Yes, this is what I will be doing, a regular mini tub and 3.5 in spring relocation THANKS! I should just read more than posting all the time.
