It's got electrical problems, like most 70's Dodge trucks do. I personally wouldn't pay that much for it.

Hell you could make an offer of 600 cause it's been on CL for a while, fix the electrical (not that hard), detail the engine bay and sell it for way more.

It looks like he just can't get a good shot of the front pass side cause the bushes are in the way, maybe he is too lazy to move the truck or the battery is dead.
