About to try putting block filler into my 340 block.
I have watched a video on you tube about how to go about. I wondered if someone who has previously done this on a mopar small block could give me some pointers or tips before I proceed. I will be doing a partial fill to just above the frost plugs.
I have the main caps installed and torqued and I have already put in the head studs so as to put the cylinder head on immediately after the fill with an old head gasket.

Make sure the deck is level front to back and side to side. Use the least amount of water recommended.

As stated above, make sure it is level all the way around and use as little water as possible. Get some really stiff wire and work all the are bubbles out, as you are putting the HardBlok in. I waited a full week for one side to cure before working the other side, but I did a full fill.
