Not a newbie but have been off for awhile .sold my 67 valiant after i did the bb swap in sep 09.i was just notified by mail 2 weeks ago for a lien sale on the 67 .apparently the previous owner never registered the car in his name and i was still the registered owner.so i contacted the shop that had it .and it has been in his shop since dec of 09. He wanted just the storage fees and i could have the car back .but he could only charge 60 days of fees by law i guess!!! So i gave the 5g for it and towed it home yesterday.might seem like alot of money for it but the chance for me to get my first real build car back was priceless.upgrades were done to engine and trans but also pieces were missing as well. Upgrades include tci breakaway torque converter,msd distributor and 6al box .new edelbrock performer rpm intake and 750 edel carb. Complete stereo system put in also but shop guy did put holes in the door covers which i never wanted to do . But he did a good job. The prev owner started to primer the car and did not finish.so he took off tail lights and now the left side tail light is gone and seems likea pain in the arse to find one .i did put a posting in wanted section for tail light but no hits yet. Here are some pics of when i had it . To the present .and car pretty much is the same as when i sold it ..
