Help IDing a part please?

We have a part from a 67 A body fast back and we think it is from maybe the heater system? What is it please and does anyone have a clue to what it is worth in good condition please?

its a c.b. radio mount and it probly worth nothing lol but you hook your radio to it and set it one trans hump in center of car it has the holes on it for the speaker for its on the bottom of the radio
