Maine A Body

Hi Guys, first of all Thanks, in advance for any replies. This and B Bodies is a great site. I'm a retired mechanic and its winter in Maine so I have pulled the K frame on my 71 340 Duster. My lower control arms have a fair amount of play on the outside of the pin bushings, the bushings are good. Like the A arm is not snug on the bushing, it's quite loose, is this normal or does it need to be replaced? Thanks again for any info.
