I have these hood hinges from a 74 valiant-- complete with spacer washers & a couple of the lock rings.
these fit many years of "a" body cars-- but are correct for the 70's style--
something to do with the slots for aligning the hood--
$30 including shipping to the lower 48 states-- can ship elsewhere more $$
