Hood pin holes

Are the holes in the pictures the holes I need to install hood pins?

thats where to put them. i like to get my hood aligned the very best i can, mount the pedestals , take a red paint marker and dap the top of it, and then lower the hood down on it to make my mark where to drill the hood. works great for me.
