hood question

I was wondering if i could put like a 1969 hood on a 1971 swinger

i believe that they are different. If you take the entire front clip (fenders, grille hood) maybe but i'm not positive

I know by the grill is different but what about the width and by the friewall

they are diffrent 71 dart fits diffrent then the 69. 67 68 69 dart hoods are interchangble but not with 70 71 72 but 70 71 72 dart hoods are the same
