how do you post video file?

I have a small file with my 340 on the dyno but could not get it to load

How do you do it?

what kind of file does it have to be?

How big a file can it be?

The couple of videos I've put on here (in the joke section) are hosted on Myspace. I put the link in my post, and poof.....the video is there
