how do you remove the trim on the windshield on a duster?

A tool like either one of these. Slip it under the trim between trim and glass (gasket), hook the edge of the clip/retainer (pull or twist), trim is released at that clip.

Well thank you...I watched a video on how to do a mustang and it did not uave gaskets like our abodies (cheap Ford's) and they used a block of wood to get some space between the window and shoved that red handled tool in though lol I was hoping someone would reply with away to make a tool or say something like you can use a clothes hanger lol
 
Takes a fairly stout tool. You can probably find the one on the right pretty cheap at a local auto parts store or auto body supply. No blocks of wood required :)
