Seems that an Injector stuck open, according to the Diesel repair shop...... I will find out tomorrow what the damage will be $$$. :sad2: It sounded like the motor was coming apart, scarred the heck outta me and my wife. :-D Oh well, nothing I can do but fix it. I'm thinking a newer truck is in the near future!!!

I have a Duramax. Injectors for thing are big $$$. Good luck....

I have had to replace one Injector every year since I bought it 3 years ago this will be number 4 , this is the first time for it to happen THIS way, usually it just wont start and its always been in our driveway and under 45 deg. the last one was not under warranty and cost about 750 dollars to have them replace it so I'm sure this will be the same. ( unless its the one they did then it will be under warranty ) hope it is the same.
