Your talking to a noob. Don't know about the code but it's got a 318.
I don't think the 75 is any more work than the 72. The floor seems to be in better shape but the roof is rougher. Brother in law drove both of them when he decided to fix them up. Unfortunately they were parked and he just never got to them. He passed away last November and the rest of the family decided my boys should have them if they wanted them.
