a friend is going to put a magnum o/d in the car the just bought. the car was a 4 speed car and the guy took the 4 speed hump out. will it make any difference if he uses a 4 speed hump or tries to fab tanautomatic tunnel?

Magnum overdrive? Like a T56 Magnum or an automatic overdrive out of a truck with a Magnum 5.2 or 5.9?

Well I can't speak for the Auto. Not sure how much larger it is than the 727/904. I removed my 4 speed hump for my TKO and built a tunnel around it.
