Good day fellas and ladies, I'm seeking information to anyone that call she's light about a stall converter I purchased recently via eBay. The stall was made by Hurst in the late 60's and discontinued in early 70's. It is a whole shot 2400- 2600 stall I looking to install in my satty, thanks in advance.

Hello, can anyone share information on a "Hurst" 904 torque converter? I recently purchased,it appears to be discontinued! It's a whole shot 22-2600 stall ! Seems to be built properly, just wanted to know what to expect as in performance durability. Thanks in advance!

it's a 2200~2600 B&M stall from the late 60's, it's probably built well but has no "dynamic" to it. it's a little over stock, it'd be okay for a warmed over motor.

run a good trans cooler.

Converter technology has really improved the last
50 years over the early stuff.

I do not remember Hurst building them back then.
Doesn't mean they do not exist. The Holeshot is a
trade name for B & M converters.
