Hi all. I know this is repetitive question, so sorry for it now.
I am getting ready to work on the roof of my Swinger. The whole top is rusty from the vinyl top that was removed years ago. Once I sand it to remove as much rust as I can, do I spray it with Eastwoods rust enhibitor then epoxy primer? then body filler that may be needed to fill pits? I am not putting a vinyl top back on so I need it as smooth as I can get it. Thanks for any response.

After you get all of the glue and loose rust off I would use a rust conversion coating. There are some out there that you can apply body filler over. If the Eastwood stuff is like this then you could use that.
