I need a seat "button" for a 65 Dart

When the upholsterer was installing new skins on my front seats, the driver's side button (the rectangular piece with chrome surround) tabs broke. Anyone have a white one? ... but I'll take any color since I can dye one white.

The buttons don't come with any kit I'maware of, at least not Legendary. Do you know of a source for them?
