Intake Manifold & Milled Heads

How do I go about checking the correct relationship between my intake and my cylinder heads? The block was decked when I bought it and the machine shop didn't provide the milled amount (Bozo's...) I layed the manifold on the heads, but never checked anything else. ops:

So, how do I go about checking this? :scratch:

The machine shop were i bought my heads (DOVER CYLINDER HEADS) did about the same thing,but only did one head on the deck side, and could not tell me how much. To correct it i took it to a other machine shop where they C.C.ed the chambers and the intake ports and was able to fix it.
HOPE YOU CAN HAVE IT FIXED.
