Is .03" to much side clearance for rockers?

I got a PWR stainless roller rocker kit from KMJ and they make a clincking sound at idle.

I can only think I have to much side clearance, its bin like it a few months and
its not getting louder or anything, it just sound a bit odd, any help would be great.

Yes, it's to much, should be .006-.012".
