Wrong. There were 20 tickets sold in Georgia that were 10K each. I am sure there were others. Only one "grand prize" winner though as far as I know.

Even in an anonymous lottery state, I would smash my cell phone, buy a hundred acres or so, build a great workshop...and build engines the rest of my days. I'd build Rusty a killer workshop too. Or 2.
