Is there a difference of length on the 904 transmission dip stick

Is there a chart or does someone would know the difference of dip sticks. My tranny seems to be a little low but the stick says that its almost overfull.

Not quite sure what you're asking here, there are a number of different length dipsticks and tubes- the dipstick is generally only slightly longer than the tube, by about 1/4". So, if you have a tube with an overall length of 19", the dipstick should have a working length (cap to tip) of about 19 1/4", etc. etc.

And don't forget- the transmission gets checked with the engine idling and in neutral, NOT shut off or in Park.
