Is this the correct bracket for a 71 340 A-body ? I seem to be chasing my tail. It seems like such a simple process. This is an NOS bracket but when I mock it up on my K-member it rubs up against the manual steering box. I give. UNCLE !

Do you have the rubber isolator?

Should look like this... solid mount here.
