Used Jacobs Opto-Timer that operates correctly. Used to adjust your ignition from inside the vehicle when in operation to maximize power and/or fuel mileage. I don't have the wiring diagram but it should be available online. $20 plus shipping from zip code 33570.

I assume that's an 8-cylinder model? Although I converted my 6-cyl. Turbo-Timer (with two selectable retards and the rev-limiter) to 8-cyl. by changing one resistor and one capacitor inside ;)

Yes it is for use with 8 cylinder engines.
