[SOLD] Jets line lock 63000

So here is the story...I was cleaning out a closet today and found a box
Opened it up, and it turns out there is a jegs 63000 line lock in there WITH the RGA paperwork from 2017

Apparently, I had bought this, and it didn't work
So I got the RGA to send it back, packed it all up...and forgot to send it

So, here is the deal, according to the RGA, it does not release
When I power it up, I can hear it clicking, but I do t see anything move
