this is a pretty cool event. cars everywhere from Wilmington to Newark. Weather is a big IF. I think it will happen. Anyone here ever hear of it or going ? in the past when weather is good , parking lots are full of friends & cars- anything with wheels. Wilmington's equivalent of OCMD cruise.
