la head accessory bolt holes

do new style (92) match old style (68) accessory bolt holes match?
and will I have rocker oiling problems using old heads on 92 block?

There is a mismatch of the valvetrain oiling between the two, but I'm not up on exactly what differences there are.
Something about oil through pushrods vs oil through rocker shafts if I remember.
