So, i have a 1974 Plymouth Scamp, 440 swap, 8 3/4 Rear End. I ordered new Leaf Spring bushings. Put them in, was tightening up Shackle bolts, one snapped off...fast forward to me ordering Hotchkis Heavy Duty Shackles, which came with their own bushings and bolts. Well, the bushings that came with the shackles didn't fit in my leaf springs or shackle mounts. So i thought i'll use the bushings i had, the bolts are too big.
So, my question is, can i drill the hole bigger in my poly bushings to make the new bolts fit, OR can someone tell me what bushings i need to order. I assume i just need to measure my leaf spring holes and shackle mount holes....
