Left and Right Windshield Wiper Arms?

72 Dart, I have two of the same wiper arm part number installed on my car. The blades are level horizontally but one sits higher than the other. looking at new arm sets for sale from places like classic industries, it appears there are two different arms but I don't know if they are just showing some kind of stock photo.

So, is there a right and a left?

Right and left are the same.
Chrysler part number is 3431622.
Search that number on eBay for photo of the original wiper arm.

If I turn them down 1 spline, the blades are not level. Is that the way they’re supposed to be?

Thanks for the photos. I'll adjust mine down. If I can get them to look like yours, that's what Im after
