Is there anybody ever in this thing? I have popped in a few times and stayed like 30 mins all by myself. I have never seen anyone in there. Just wondering if anybody ever uses it?

Yeah they do. Post a message such as "Chat anyone? I'm in there now!" and see if anyone shows up.
