Hi all was wondering if any of you have used the long bolt style valve covers and your opinions on how good do you think they would seal using long bolts? clamping force, ect, would it be to much strain on the long bolts to get a leak-free seal? Thanks

They work better IMO as they are less likely to deflect the edges of the valve cover. I've never had a leave with fabricated or cast aluminum covers. Stamped steel... In the garbage or break out the silicone...

They commonly have sealing problems on stock heads because stock heads are not flat along the rails.
I have them on a magnum and they seal great since the mag rails are machined nice and flat.
