Looking to rent or borrow a torque plate San Diego

Does anyone have, or know someone in the San Diego area who has a toque plate for boring my 360? The shop I have my block in doesn't have one, but said if I can find one, they'll use it. I live in Escondido.

do they line bore and what machine do they use? like said b4 you may want to have them send the block to a more advanced shop and only have them assemble it
