Magnum cam in 318 roller engine ??

Trying to learn, what most of you probably know. Can a 5.2 or 5.9 magnum cam be installed into a 318 roller engine ? Were can I get stock magnum cam specs?(lift/duration of cam) I do know that the 318 roller has a 1.5 ratio...and the magnums have a 1.6 ratio. Looks like both use the same roller lifters.... Oh Yea there's the snout spacer thing for mech fuel pump.

IIRC the roller/non roller 318 cam is the same spec or real close-

318 2 barrel 67 Hydraulic 390/390 244/244
318 2 barrel through 88 Hydraulic 373/400 240/248
318 4 barrel Hydraulic 430/444 268/276
318 roller cam Hydraulic 391/391 240/240

This is what I have for the mag cams, but it might be at 1.6 ratio-

5.2 Magnum Hydraulic Roller 432/432 251/264 113CL
5.9 Magnum Hydraulic Roller 410/417 249/269 109CL
