Mopar A body 4 speed main shaft, 30 spline, used in all 68-74 standard A body 4 speed transmissions. This particular one came out of a 69 trans that I converted to a B body for a customer of mine. These are extremely hard to find! This is the mainshaft you need to convert your early ball and trunion style 4 speed to a more modern slip yoke style transmission, as well as beef it up. I also Have a completely cleaned and prepped tailstock for an A body, I will list it after the sale of this item. I am located in central Wisconsin, and am asking $300 plus the ride, this is a seriously good deal, try and find one cheaper, this is outright priced no core charge!

Been getting a bunch of questions on the mainshaft. To answer a question some have asked, yes you can take an A,B, or E body trans and change the mainshaft and tailstock to convert them to which ever style trans you want . The gear sets are all the same, except for the gear ratio differences over the years. Only difference is the length of the the B/E mainshaft is longer
