While back my wife got an IPOD. Without thinking I just imported her entire Music folder...which consisted of over 30 gigs of MP3's that I ripped from all of her CD's without making a copy of the MP'3s. Fast forward til now and she wants me to put her music onto a SD card so she can use it in her Galaxy S5.....is there any simple way to fix this disaster?

It depends on what OS you're using, what version of iTunes, what type of iPod, etc... there are many various utilities out to do so. Here is an easy way if you have the version of iTunes it's referring to, but most are similar:
