I know it's kinda of an odd request but I need a photo of someones bumper jack, lugh wrench and spring installed in their trunk of a 65 Valiant. I got a bumper jack from a 65 Barracuda that looks right, but the lug wrench I have is way too long to fit in the slots welded to the trunk pan. Either that or I can't figure out how to do it right. I even have the original trunk decal. I got the spring from Year One but it says it starts at 1966 so I don't know if it's even the right one. I really need to install it and get it out of the way in my trunk. Because the car is it another location where there isn't storage for parts and tools other than in the car itself. Does anyone have a photo of theirs? Does anyone know where I could get a correct lug wrench and spring?

Here are a few. They aren't that detailed but will hopefully give you a better idea. I actually sold my bumper jack setup to another member but I believe it was complete with the little retainer spring and everything.

Here is a pic of my 65 dart jack. Missing the hold down spring. But it shows were the wrench goes. The bumper bracket should be stoed down with the tire (it is now). I would think your jack would be the same. Would like to find a hold down spring still.
Yeah definitely my lug wrench is too long. I bought the bumper jack off of EBAY that was supposedly from a 65 Barracuda. It looks like the one in SUBCOM's photos. However I didn't have the spring. I thought the spring at Year One might work but I don't have a lug wrench to try it with. The original instructions show that type of bumper jack with the curved part that pushes against the fuel filler tube when stored. I can't find a part number for the hold down spring in the 65 parts catalog. Where do you get one at? Where do I get a lug wrench at?
