MOPAR INDUSTRIAL 426 WEDGE HEAD # IS 406518 6 OR 4065186 ?? PLEASE WHAT HEAD IS IT AND IS IT OK FOR STREET USE?? THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR UR HELP..SD340:walk:
 
Can,t come up with any thing just yet,are you sure of the part number?? As i have checked alot of sources and zero info,and no numbers even close.Not saying its not a good casting,just hard to find info on it.What size valves and pictures of the heads to verify.MMT
 
Scott the motor was in a boat and the # is just like this on the head
406518 6 .. Came out of an 89 boat with a mercruiser outdrive,,sorry no pics the guys computer is down
 
If it's a REAL industrial head, it will have a water inlet on the end that came from and went to the hermorphadite water pump those industrial motors came with. THOSE heads are worthless. If it looks pretty much like any other bb head, use it.
