Need information about center sections

Hi everyone,again i need your help, this time its about centre sections. In my 74 dart sport iam running the 7 and a quarter rearend with 276 gears. the plan is it move up a 489 8.75 sure grip rear end with 410 gears. My question is this, does all mopar 8.75 center sections come with a 30 spline? Did any come with a 29 spline? or was that on the 8.25. I Also was wondering if i can use my axles with the 8.75 center section. Will there be any other changes like the yoke or u joints that i will need to change also. Yes

No. The pinion spline where the yoke installs may have a 29 or 10 spline

Also was wondering if i can use my axles with the 8.75 center section.

Can't use the 8.25 or 7.25 axles in the 8.75

Will there be any other changes like the yoke or u joints that i will need to change also.

Depends on the yoke 7260 small 7290 medium, 1350 large. Even if the sahft and yoke are different, you can get an adapter U-joint that has a 7260 on one side and 7290 on the other. Driveshaft will definitely need to be shortened.
