New cab choices

Looking for a new carb to put on my 360. What would you guys bolt on it? Had a Quick Fuel 600 Slayer on it but sold it to a buddy so he could get his Demon running to drive. It ran ok, just wondering if going to a 750 would gain anything. 360, stock compression, mild ported iron heads with 2.02, 1.60 stainless valves, Performer RPM, mild hydraulic cam, headers and HEI conversion. Run an automatic trans and 4.10 gear and usually don't spin it much over 5200rpm

Edelbrock 1405, got almont the same engine spec, run great.

I'd say you will see some performance gain going to the 750. The 600 may be more fun for you on the street given your driving style and preference. Definitely stay with the QF carb. The eddy or even an OOTB holley doesn't come close to comparing. If you didn't already have a mech sec carb I'd lean towards that as well.
