Engine is fully remanned and balanced with NEW valves,bronze guides,springs,even had NEW mechanical rocker assembly`s installed.Never fired!!.Built by Hess Machine and balacing of Fitchburg Mass many years ago..New ignition parts,.New air filter.,water pump.Carb was even rebuilt.Has NEVER been outside or stuffed in a lean to and been exposed to the elements.ALWAYS in dry and up til recently heated storage..NO STORY engine.I have the PRINTED receipt for the rebuild.$4300+.....Yes it is a 273.Yes it is correct for only `63-`68 cars.Yes it is a low horsepower engine.It is NEW..Got a car needing an engine and you just want to DRIVE your car? If your not looking for a tire burner and can be happy with a smaller engine,you wont find a better deal ANYWHERE.I will not crate,take to a shipping company,arrange for a carrier.I will reply to 1 email and send you my phone #.Tire kickin` texting back and forth is not going to happen.Been down that road twice already with waste my time people. You will come pay for it in cash, or if you cant come within a 3-4 days send a deposit.A US Postal money order only.I do not accept paypal. This is a straight forward engine.Pictures show it has never been fired. It has compression when turning it over.Turns easily with breaker bar and will also turn by hand.$1500 firm..Thanks
