I'll be switching my front brakes over today. I'm replacing my factory drums with Kelsey-Hayes 4-piston disc brakes. I've sandblasted the old spindles, splash shields, and other small parts and used Por-15 on them. I exchanged the old calipers with a rebuilt set from Calipers Online. They came with new pistons, o-rings and boots. They also have the bleeder and cross over line installed. I got a set of pads off ebay for $10.60, including shipping. I've purchased new brake hoses, and I think we are ready to do the work. We are going to have to fabricate the brake line from the bracket into the caliper. If all goes well, it should be an easy swap. Wish me luck!
 

if your talking about the transfer tube, check out mustang parts house #BKS577 (or any mustang parts place near you) for the cross over line, about 13.95 pair. I can't remember if they are an exact fit, but they did use KH calipers from 65-67.
 
The transfer tube came installed from Calipers Online. The brake hose connects ot the brake line and stops at a bracket. The bracket bolts on with the calipers. We had of fabricate the line that runs from the hose into the caliper. It wasn't too difficult.

We got the whole brake job done in about 5 hours. It took 3 1/2 hours for the first side, and 1 1/2 for the other side, once we knew what we were doing!

I had read in 2 or 3 places that the Kelsey-Hayes disc brakes required a heavy duty ball joint. No reason was given, only if you don't use heavy duty ball joints, they will wear out faster. Well, there's another reason to use the heavy duty ball joint. The spindle for the disc brakes uses a 9/16" bolt to connect to the ball joint. The drum brakes use 1/2". We had to call and order the heavy duty ball joint. In the meantime, we drilled the holes out and used the original ball joint. The part will be in next week, and I'm sure I won't be driving the car much before then.
