As the part # would tell you these were originally Chrome, I Powder Coated them Matte Black and added the decals, one has a small blemish on the very end at the mounting flange, I think it was a factory Blemish I got them from the person who originally purchased them a couple years ago and powder coated a different chrome pair translucent Blue for my 360 and they have just sitting in the original box and need an engine to sit on, if you mount the blemish on the drivers side it will be at the rear.
