Just purchased a 1973 Plymouth Duster 340, 4 speed. It is about 85% complete, new trunk pan, rear quarters, new floorboards and paint. I have mostly cosmetic and interior things to complete.

I am curious on Vintage Air for this model. I see lots out there for 1970 to 1972, but nothing for this year. Glad to be here. My first car was a 1972 Gold Duster with a 318 so going full circle now.

Sure, pretty bad pictures but .... the Mercedes is the next project, 1983 300D. I just picked the Duster up on Saturday. I will get some front pics too.

:welcome: from :canada:

Some people will dump on the car because of the black paint in the engine bay, personally I don't mind it, but the Mopurists might.

Looks and sounds like a pretty solid car.

Nice ride..........
Thats correct... Engine bay colors were the same as the car... I believe they were able to skip a step plus $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ was saved in man hours &
material eliminating the idea of the engine being some other color. Pretty slick if you think about it all together.
Start wrenching ...LOL Texas Red

I am really fortunate, I have a few things to put on such as carpet kit, interior panels, and exhaust, other than that it's done.
