Ok, I did everything any manual could tell me to do as far as checking. I have an aftermarket mopar electronic ignition on a 273 cid dart (1969). Ran the correct wires to the ballast resistor, new coil, new connections, regrounded. Checked the keyswitch to see if it was ok, it checked out good.
The main question is: why won't I get spark from the coil? Could the keyswitch in fact test good and be bad and cause it? Could I have received a bad ECU (have not taken it in to have it checked, but it checks out according to the chiltons manual).
Thinking it is time to go back to the points but not sure what needs to be done (as when I bought the car, it was already converted....and running).

I tried to run a jumper from the battery to the positive side of coil and got nothing? Go figure

Sounds like the ecu is bad.Had the same thing happen to mine.Drove it parked it the next it would not run replaced the ecu ran fine after that
